Car 1500 is a Parlor Interurban, built by the Niles Manufacturing Co. of Ohio in 1909 for Northern Ohio Traction & Light. She is a single ended, closed wooden car, 53' in length. She incorporates a large drawing room, stateroom, dining room, toilet, galley and an open observation platform. Each window is double hung with leaded clear glass above each. The clerestory windows make use of a leaded colored glass.
