1907 - Hartford CT - Main Street at Central Row.

As the trolley crosses Main Street from Pearl, headed down Central Row, the Old State House and the, long gone, Federal Building can be seen in the background. Motor vehicle laws that were written in 1901 set a max speed limit of 12mph. A cautionary "SLOW" sign can be seen dangling over Main St. - (above the trolley!)
